QUALIFICATION FOR SERVICE

Any person, regardless of denominational affiliation, or the lack thereof, qualifies to receive our service if he/she:

• Is blind or visually impaired and participates in the Library of Congress free reading program of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.

OR

• has a visual impairment which substantially impedes his/her ability to read normal inkprint and which can be documented by a physician or other certified professional.
